The Client Portal is your one-stop shop to view your plan information and easily contact Jackson Insurance Group directly from the app. In order to gain access to the JIG Portal, you must be a member with at least one existing policy. If you are a member and do not have an account, please call us so we can walk you through the registration process, or check your welcome email from us.
